People are tired of the "left"?
With these few lines will avoid falling into moralizing reflections discounted or trivial, but I would honestly answer that question because I believe that the "real" answer is only one .
I think people are not tired of the left, but tired of a left too much like right.
What I say will not be explicitly a mere provocation, although it might seem likely, but an invitation to reflect on the reality of things. I'll do it in a position to be a privileged point of view because I never chose to vote for any party to face bipolarity but a small movement, most often from self-sides and even when it has chosen a road somehow forced opportunist, I have consistently preferred to boycott the polls. The left has paid, is paying and will pay even this close similarity to the right and it is obvious that the citizens, having to choose between two almost mirror reality opt for the best organized. So I do not wonder too much time in our country if there is (almost) no opposition, since I believe that there is no wonder "where is the Left?" But "where it was" when he could have a role , at least ideologically, of power? At first glance it makes me cite a few emblematic examples, and ask where were all anti-Berlusconi that they could / should be "close" Rete4 (rightly, following a ruling by the European Court of Justice) assigned to Europa 7 the frequencies with a simple decree ever done? And yet, as ever, convinced communist, and even the various Caruso / Luxuria voted against breaching the church-state concordat proposed in the last Parliament? Well, judging by the "silence", the only answer I was given to these questions in more or less authoritative figures of the "left", I realize how difficult the situation and strongly suggest everyone to stop hiding behind a finger. In this regard I guessed conclude with the memory of a certain Licio Gelli, 'venerable master' of the (former?) Masonic organization called P2. Perhaps many of you will remember, others will have heard of, others, especially young people like me should do some research on that and strongly urge you to do to realize how words spoken by this gentleman and programs decades ago have found extraordinary achievement in our years. After the collection of information, which I hope we all do, perhaps you could respond in a more lucid to two simple questions: Do you really believe that we have been governed by the "right" or "left" in recent years? And then, do you really believe that it still exists?
