am two months now and we await a response from the Mayor on the proposal to record and publish online the public sessions of the Municipal Councils. Unfortunately, today the mayor, certainly used in much more important commitments, and so did not find time to give an opinion. Our proposal, in a country constitutionally free and transparent, where already most of the municipalities adopt with ease this form of excellence, seeks to bring citizens closer to the political and social life of the town, the administrative transparency, the right of news and information.
Our Association, for years participating in the activity would provide an information service in a completely free, without any kind of filter, recording and publishing on-line on our website at meetings of municipal councils. But it is not the exclusive interests us, the important thing is that all fiumefreddesi, including those forced to work or study elsewhere can be well informed about what is happening in the town.
Today, having appealed through local media and social networking sites, about 300 people have signed agreeing to this proposal, including the City Councilman Alex Porto, with whom we have already started an important collaboration to bring to the attention of the Board 'initiative.
But ours is a proposal without any political color, we believe that should be common interest to promote information transparency and freedom and that is why we appeal to you all hoping that we can agree with what is described and hoping that at least You find the way and time to provide us and our fellow citizens, at least, a personal opinion.
